EPR Germany for Foreign Sellers
Compare German authorised representatives and understand your packaging obligations.
From 12 August 2026, companies without an establishment in Germany that place packaged goods on the German market may be required to appoint an authorised representative there. The obligation follows from the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) and the German Packaging Law Implementation Act (VerpackDG).
The authorised representative takes over packaging-law obligations on the seller's behalf — typically system participation, packaging volume reporting and other EPR duties. LUCID registration itself remains the producer's own responsibility.
There is no official list of providers. This site collects publicly available information about companies offering this service so it can be compared side by side.
EPRInfo.com is independent. It is not a compliance provider, not an authorised representative, and does not give legal advice.
